I was very upset that this type of company was an available option on this website. I have used KAYAK on numerous occasions and have always had a good experience. They don't tell you this and then your stuck with the car and not able to make it to your flight.Ĭons: Everything! This place is super shady and I would highly suggest removing them from KAYAK as they are not a good representative of what this booking company stands for. The thing they don't tell you is that in order to get into the parking lot you have to have a reservation with the parking lot. If you have a flight later in the day, you have to take the rental car to a over night parking lot and pay an extra 27.50 for that service. Drop off was even worse, they are only open 8:00 Am to 6:00 PM.
You had to take a bus to a parking lot and then they picked up in a van at the parking lot to take you to the rental office. Pros: The drop off was as difficult as they could make it.
